Shipping and Handling
The shipping costs are calculated and updated each time you enter a new product in your shopping cart so
you know right away and before checking out how much it will cost you (*). They are based on shipping
within the US. For countries other than the US, extra shipping costs may be added in case they are higher and you might have
to pay custom charges upon arrival that we are not responsible for. (*) Extra shipping costs may be added in case
of large/heavy quantities. We always pack very carefully our items including pottery.
To keep the costs of shipping as low as possible, we usually ship through USPS ground, unless you
notify us otherwise. We are not responsible in case of the loss of a package by the post office. When the product
is in stock - indicated with the stamp  -: in this case, we will ship the merchandise within 2 days. If we are out of stock, we will need to order
it from France, it might take 2 to 6 weeks depending on the item (delay usually indicated for each product).

Returns
RETURN:
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you ordered, we will be glad to take it back or to exchange
it except for : fabric, items on SALE, tablecloth ordered with an umbrella hole, custom
made tablecloths (when you order a specific size). We will accept returns and
exchanges if you ship it back within 5 days. Please send us an email and we will give you an Authorization number:
NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT IT. if you send a merchandise back without this authorization and/or after 5 days, a 30%
restocking fee will be charged. Shipping costs to return the merchandise are to be paid by customer. Refund or exchange will
be processed if merchandise is received in same condition as when shipped. There will be a 5% restocking fee for
all returns (not for exchange).
SPECIAL ORDER ONLY: An item
is designed as "Special Order Only" (exemple: Mirrors, custom made chandeliers, runners,
Biot glassware), when we do not carry those items in stock and we will order them from France specifically
for you. It can also be a large order (above $500). The merchandise is non returnable
(no exception). If you are not sure if it is a special order, do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you
